Step 1

Set up your electricity.

          • Go to https://www.bchydro.com/ to set up your BC Hydro account.

          • Back date it to the day you moved in, or forward to the day you are going to move in.

          • If required BC Hydro has interpreters for more than 60 languages if you require.

NOTE: If you do not set up your hydro your power may be turned off.

Step 2

Set up your internet.

        • Choose your service provider and sign up.

        • Inform the manager of the day they will be doing installation in case access to the electrical room is required.
